I am working in Askari Bank Limited as Senior Branch Operations Officer since January 2021. Currently Performing duties as Acting Sub Branch Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilties:
o Handling of all branch operations related activites daily basis to ensure seamless operations and also execution of daily tasks.
o Effective monitoring of cash management, Security stationery, Safe Custody Lockers And ATM operations by undertaking financial and non-financial transactions within assigned limits and authorities as per internal & regulatory requirements.
o Deal with foreign remittance FTT-inward and FTT-Outward. o Deal with Clearing Inward/ Outward. o BC , CDR And Traveler Cheque Issuance and Balancing o Voucher/ Activity Checking.
o Manag/ Handle customer queries/complaints regarding operations for resolution in an effective as well as efficient manner, depending upon the nature of complaints.
o To ensure and maintain customer relationship with the bank by supporting business team.
o Ensure proper external/internal controls and checks are not compromise during routine transactions and other working of Branch.
o Manage branch expense and monthly expenses Provisioning/Reversal. o Daily review of Branch GL controls heads for balancing.
I Worked in Bank Al Habib as Cash Officer Kharian Branch. Also get Certificate of AML/CFT regulations Policy.
I Wroked in Allied Bank Limited as Head Teller from 11th January 2016 to 28th June 2019. Certificate of Certified Teller from Allied Bank Limited After passing test related to banking and Cash.
